I have been a chef for more than 30 years. My passion for cooking started for many, in my mother’s kitchen. while my siblings were out playing cricket, I would be spending time in the kitchen watching the woman in the house prepare
wonderful dishes. I graduated from Chennai catering college and started my chef career at the Taj mahal Bombay, and then was transferred to Colombo Taj samudra in Sri Lanka where I was born. Since 1991, I have been living
in the UK. I have worked for the award winning Indian restaurant CHUTNEY MARY’s and in busy kitchens of international hotels as The Hilton on park lane.
My expertise is in Asian cuisine, in particular Indian, Thai and Chinese. In most recent years I have used my culinary experience in creating a new type of fusion cuisine, combining classic Asian dishes with continental recipes. I always use the same
approach when organizing catering event weather for a small intimate dinner party or a big function . I like to work closely with the client helping them create the perfect memories.

We cater for weddings, banquets, corporate events, launches, office relocation parties, charity events, birthday parties, BBQs, dinner parties, canape & cocktail parties, christenings, anniversaries, picnic lunches, 'hot-box' deliveries & just about any
other type of bespoke food production & special event catering.
My advice to you is simple. Contact several catering companies. Get two or three quotes for your event, and most importantly, ask questions - however insignificant they might seem. I prefer to answer questions. It helps us to make sure that we deliver
